Wu Sangui went down on his knees and kowtowed and said “I beg of you to attack the Shanhaiguan Great Wall of China, destroy Li Zicheng’s troops.” Duo Ergun laughed heartily and said to him, “General,Lead the way, please.”
Wu Sangui gave Shanhaiguan Great Wall of China to Duo Ergun as a present.The fighting went on for several days and Li Zicheng felt tired. Just as he had fallen over, the old man appeared again. The old man said to him “Qing troops will be here soon. You must keep your powder dry.” Li Zicheng said “Thank you very much!”
