Green tea

Green tea is made by the new shoots of appropriate tea trees. The production areas are mainly southern provinces such as Zhejiang, Anhui and Jiangxi. Famous green teas are West Lake Dragon well Tea, Xinyang Maojian Tea and Biluochun Tea. Green tea, is loaded with antioxidants that help prevent damage to your body. In addition, studies have found that green tea may boost your metabolism and help you lose or maintain weight.
