Harbin Ice and Snow World was set up by the Harbin Government in 1999. By far it is one of the largest ice and snow art exhibitions among the world.The ice carving here are quite particular, as each of them is designed in a way related to the theme of the festival, so that tourists can have various cultural flavors during the tour. And every year it has a new theme.The tourists should not miss it ,because it is really fantastic and impressive when the sculptures are illuminated by multicolored lights.
